March 10th, 2018: Derek and Katelyn are one of the most down to earth, sweetest couples I’ve ever met! It was such a pleasure photographing their wedding! The weather was absolutely perfect for a March wedding here in Charleston. It’s easy to tell how much this couple is loved by all their family and friends! It just felt like one big party! They had their ceremony at Circular Church in downtown Charleston. Many of Katelyn’s family members have gotten married there over the years and she kept the tradition going. They had their reception at Cypress Hall. Their cocktail hour was adorable and consisted of string lights, a sitting area with couches and lots of Bourbon! It was a blast from beginning to end!
