Justin and Amanda ~ Downtown Charleston, SC ~

3.21.20: If you want to meet the most go-with-the-flow bride and groom well, say hello to Amanda and Justin! They originally reached out to me last year about photographing their wedding here in Charleston. They had planned to have their ceremony and reception at the Charleston Harbor Resort and Marina along with their close friends and family. Well, we all know what happened next. Like tons of couple, Justin and Amanda had to choose between postponing their wedding or figuring out a plan b. Amanda told me after they decided to proceed with having their wedding, “the most important thing is that I’m  marrying my best friend.” How sweet is that?! Even though their plans changed drastically, they still had a gorgeous day!  The amazing Lashes and Lace salon opened their doors so Amanda and her two close friends could get ready there. Palmetto Bloom arranged a gorgeous bouquet of flowers and to top it all off, Peace Pie delivered delicious ice cream sandwiches for everyone to enjoy after the ceremony. And what better place to tie the knot than at the Pineapple fountain downtown?! And they even live streamed it on Facebook so all their guests could still watch it! Even though their wedding day wasn’t originally what they expected, in my opinion it was pretty fantastic! Congratulations Justin and Amanda!
